Normal Season Room Rates:
80 RMB/night (11 USD or 7 Euro) - 1st floor
100 RMB/night (14 USD or 9 Euro) - 2nd floor
120 RMB/night (17 USD or 11 Euro) - top floor

Chinese Holidays period rates - still to be confirmed

Facilities:
All rooms have en-suite bathroom and internet access (with wire). Also the guests can use the computer in the living room.
NO air-conditioning in the house (no need in Dali).  

Services:
Private tours available from this Guest-House, but no English speaking tour guide, just the car & driver.
