1. How long in advance should I book the accommodation during the Olympic time 2008?

- Now we are ready to take bookings for Beijing 2008 Olympics. Please note that the booking terms during the Olympics are different from usual times, please make sure to read them carefully.

2. How can I pay the reservation fee?

- Please tell us the exact check-in and check-out dates, we'll send your a reservation payment request. You can make the payment online with Credit / Debit card based on our payment request. If you don't like to pay online, you can call us to provide the payment details over the phone. It's up to you to choose the payment method.

3. Can I pay USD?

- We take the remaining balance in local currency RMB in cash (also known as CNY) at the B&B on your arrival; for the online deposit/reservation fee will be in GBP. We do not take any other currency. Please see www.x-rates.com for currency conversion.

4. Can I get a receipt from the B&B?

- Yes, we can provide a receipt with signature. Please ask the receipt from the B&B if needed.

5. We are vegetarian, can we get vegetarian breakfast in the B&B?

- Yes, if you are vegetarian, please tell the hosts as soon as you arrive or email us before you arrive.

6. Can B&B people take us on a day trip (such as the Great Wall)? And also be a guide?

- B&B offers transport + driver for the day trip, but the driver cannot be a tour guide. If want a English speaking tour guide, you can choose the our organized tour or private tour from our main website.

7. My arrival time will be very early in the morning, is it ok for B&B to pick me up?

- No matter how early or how late the arrival of your flight, there is no problem for airport pick up (as long as you book in advance).

8. Can we heat the food for our baby?

- You can use some B&B facilities such as microwave, fridge etc. You can go to the kitchen to heat your snacks whenever you want, but cannot cook meals in the B&B.

10. Can the basic room sleep 2 people?

- Yes, the size of this room is same as B/C bedroom size. But the basic room rate is for single occupancy, adding extra person will be 50 RMB/night (folding bed). The bed in the basic room is 1.3 m wide, it should be ok for a slim couple if you don't want the folding bed.

Please note: This room does not have air-conditioning in summer, only the electric fan. The room has heating in winter. Because it does not have en-suite bathroom, so you need to go to the corridor bathroom (unheated). We DO NOT RECOMMEND this basic room in winter  (especially if you book this room only), unless you don't mind the situation.

11. Can B&B hosts help me to book air/train ticket to other provinces in China?

- Yes, the hosts can help you to the book tickets after you arrive the B&B (free service from B&B). But to book tickets is maximum 3 days in advance, cannot booked earlier than that. 

We are not able to book tickets before the guests arrive. Because the full payment is required from the ticket office when we book.

12. How can we be picked up by B&B?

- If you would like airport pick up on your arrival day, you can make the requirement with your flight details. We will arrange to pick you up.

On your arrival day, there will be someone waiting for you in the airport ARRIVAL HALL (it's just when you come out of the luggage reclaim hall). The B&B driver will hold a paper sign with your name & flight number on it.

13. How can I get to the B&B by public transport from the airport?

- We do not suggest that you go to the B&B by public transport from the airport. We would recommend you that either get pick-up from the B&B's car or take a taxi directly from the airport. The taxi should cost approx. 100 RMB if the journey is smooth. It takes about 30~40 minutes.

Get an Airport Coach from the airport (to Dongsishitiao direction " ", but not the terminal) --> get off at Dongsishitiao () stop --> take a taxi to the B&B (costs about 10 RMB (1.25 USD)

The Airport Coach ticket is 16 RMB (2 USD).
