Booking terms: The reservation fee (15% of total fee) is required and will be paid by credit /debit card). The remaining balance should be paid in cash at apartment on the arrival day. Also a surety is required on the first day (800 RMB or equivalent US Dollar). The surety will be refunded if there is no damage in the apartment before leaving.
