• On the 15th floor of 27 stories building, nice view over Beijing, small river beside the building

• Bedroom (size 5.3m x 3.3m), air conditioned, has a wardrobe. Extra folding bed can be added if required.

• Living/dining room (air conditioned) with dining table and chairs, sofa, TV set, etc.

• Extra mattress is available can be added in Living Room if needed.

• Bathroom with a shower, bath tube and washing machine

• Kitchen with cooking stove, fridge, water cooler, crockery and cutlery provided

• Broadband but no PC, you would need to bring your own laptop

• The flat/apartment is self-catering and self serviced.

• Two sets of bedding and towel are provided, but there is no cleaning service during the stay

• Maximum 5 people.
