Description

This is best Guest House in Tongli. It has strong traditional local Chinese character with Suzhou gardens design, very pleasent atmosphare. The Guesthouse is beautifully decorated combined both Chinese tradition and confort. It's quiet, comfortable and elegant.

Zhengfucaotang is very popular. It has boutique hotel standard, also has some antique furniture. There is plenty of very pleasent common living space for guests. It's very unique in Tongli, ideal for people who want to experience the local Chinese culture.

Location: In Center of Tongli ancient twon - the popular MingQing Street (means Ming and Qing Dynasty High street). Convenient for visiting all attractions, restaurants, cafes and bars.

Facilities: Each room has its onw private en-suite bathroom with shower (24 hours hot water). Air-conditioning, under floor heating, flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi, electric kattle.  All Bathrooms provide hair dryer, towels, slippers, shampoo, soap, tooth brush, glasses.

Traditional period furniture (especially some real antique carved 4 poster beds which were passed from previous genurations. Also Tea House, sitting Room and Chinese Musical Instrument Room in the guesthouse.

Note: Each double or twin room only allow to sleep 2 people (allow to add a child under 10 for free of charge if the child shares bed with parents). The room also provide 2 people's towels, bedding and washing items. Guests would have to pay for extra items required.

Services: Travel Desk, Travel Info, Wake up Call, 24 hours hot water; Paid airport pick up, Ticket Booking; Luggage Storage; Telephone/Fax service.

Rates are including breakfast (western style).

The breakfasr include free Chinese tea, 1 free coffee (only the 1st cup of coffee is free, extra coffee will be extra cost 35 RMB/cup), free soft drink, but freshly squeezed fruit juice is not free.

For the guests who require a standard Chinese goverment issued receipt, there will be a documentation charge (8% of total amount).

If you just need a unoffical recipt with the siganature of the owner, it should be no extra charge.
