How to Book & Booking Terms: Choose the hotel and the room type you prefer, then start to make the booking from the room details page. There are 2 steps in the booking process: When you receive a enquiry confirmation after you have done the first step, you would need to carry on the booking to complete the 2nd step - deposit payment. Just click the payment button on the bottom of the enquiry confirmation (where it shows Paypal, credit cards icons), then click "Continue" to complete the deposit payment online, no need to login or register anything. You can directly pay the deposit by credit card via the payment system. Please make sure to complete the booking - finish the deposit payment, otherwise the room is not reserved. The availability may change later. All bookings require deposit in advance, different hotels/B&Bs may require different amount of deposit.
In certain countries, you may have trouble to
complete the online payment via Paypal. You can create the first step of
booking and call us at +44 (0) 1189 706846 to provide
your deposit payment details over the phone, but DO NOT send your card information by email. The remaining balance should be paid at the B&B. Some small B&Bs take local cash only, we suggest that you exchange the money from the airport in China before you arrive at the B&B. Some bigger guesthouses and hotels accept credit cards.
Cancellation 2. Short notice cancellation (less than 7 days) or no show, deposit cannot be refunded. 3. Refunds are only possible via the same method as the Payment - if via your Paypal account then we refund to the same account. If credit card payments via the Paypal site - refund will be via Paypal to the same card. Phone card payments - refund only possible to the same credit card number. 4. Refund only can be made within 60 days from the original payment was sent. We are not able to refund deposit if cancellation is made after 60 days of the payment. If you cancel the booking, please try to leave enough time (we may not able to see your cancellation email until our working hours next day - due to the different time zone, a whole day may be lost, also we are not a 24 hours service).
